About Us

Strategy, Policy, Projects and Performance Management (SPPPMO)

The Strategy, Policy, Projects, Performance Management Office (SPPPMO) is the Strategic and Technocratic Arm of the Governor’s office designed to support the Edo State Government in the delivery of the Make Edo Great Again (MEGA) vision in line with global best practices. We have been mandated by the State Government to revolutionise the Civil/Public service and restore confidence and pride in a system that not only works, but produces effective and measurable results.

To offer Strategic and Technocratic support in the delivery of the Governor’s projects & policies in line with global best practices and support the Ministeries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to have a strategic focus delivering better services.
